Descripción:This text critically examines the development of territorial planning instruments in Colombia, analyzing them through the lens of critical perspectives. Throughout the text, territorial planning instruments are framed as similar to classic vertical planning, reproducing the ideology of planning physical space. The text identifies that these instruments resolve dynamics and phenomena that reinforce a hegemonic vision of inhabiting space, against which the proposal to consider the social construction of territory is presented as an alternative. In conclusion, the text argues that an understanding centered on recognizing the heterogeneities in the relationship with physical space allows for a different kind of territorial appropriation.
