Descripción:This article seeks to raise awareness among the national population about the importance of the banking sector for the national development and how trust placed in it by the inhabitants makes the national financial system perform and evolve with more flexibility. This can be accomplished by establishing the rule according to which the greater the trust, the more transactions and satisfaction of needs there are. In other words, the ethics developed from a perspective of the individual's behavior in the banking sector implies that values such as professionalism, diligence, responsibility and honesty are decisive to carry out the business and a sound financial management, on which considerable sums of money depend.
