Descripción: | The Networks of Life (RV) project of the Humanistic Training Area, Central Headquarters of the National Technical University (UTN), began its process during the second quarter of the year 2022 with the intention of making an intervention of the public space, through art within the university campus located in Villa Bonita de Alajuela, in order to generate spaces for reflection, connection and identification with the university work and coexistence in this common house, also to promote the exchange between students, teachers, administrators and the general public on issues related to the environmental transversal axis that is based on the manifesto of the Earth Charter. Through this interdisciplinary work, different artistic expressions were developed that address principle I. Respect and Care for the Community of Life and II. Ecological Integrity of the Earth Charter, this enables a reflection in the people who visited the space intervened in module 3 of the Headquarters, particularly on the current situation that is lived in the local and global environment from the environmental axis, through the exhibition of artistic, musical and literary works made by students in coordination with the academics of the organizing committee, which facilitates to unify in the same space the conceptual contribution with the artistic design, which favors to interweave knowledge with experiences and critical thinking. |
