| Diğer Bilgiler: | A set of premises is proposed regarding development project management, based on empirical observations regarding the planning, execution, control and evaluation of projects. These premises are precursors of a more realistic paradigm to guide project evaluation, as compared to the predominant paradigm which adheres to the mythical project cycle and the usual project evaluation protocols. These latter not only are quite divorced from project management realities, but also ignore key factors regarding project viability and effectiveness, and create false expectations regarding project results and impact. |
