| Descripció: | This article aims to highlight the results of a qualitative research on the perception of refugees and asylum applicant in Costa Rica about access to public services: banking, health and employment. The results point to the establishment of successes and mistakes from public institutions in the provision of services, which serves to understand more about this situation from the refugees perspective. |
