| Описание: | The article presents an analysis about the concept of law promotional function, developed by Norberto Bobbio in its law theory. It explains the Italian author’s transition from the law structural analysis to the functional analysis. It describes the influence of Bobbio theses in the theory of the fundamental rights in Spain. The conclusion is, the concept of law promotional function, arises due to the structural analysis limitations. |
