| الوصف: | El pasado 9 de noviembre, en el marco de la IV Conferencia Internacional de Justicia Juvenil, en la ciudad de Roma, Italia, le fue otorgado al Profesor costarricense, Dr. Carlos Tiffer, el PREMIO INTERNACIONAL: JUSTICIA JUVENIL SIN FRONTERAS. Este premio es creado por el OBSERVATORIO INTERNACIONAL DE JUSTICIA JUVENIL (OIJJ) con el fin de reconocer la labor de instituciones, expertos y personalidades que manifiestan un compromiso firme a favor de sistemas de justicia juvenil que promueven el desarrollo integral de los niños, niñas y jóvenes en conflicto con la ley. |
