| Cur Síos: | Civil liability in air transport has been the response to a fact adversely affecting both people involved in this type of transport and people unrelated to it, as its goal is to repair the damage arising from the use of air transport, which makes the operator compensate the injured party. In this sense, civil liability in transport arises as a consequence of non-compliance or reasons unrelated to the parties (act of God, major force) originating the damage. |
