Descripció:This article analyzes the conforming interpretation clause against the court obligation of maximizing the protection of human rights, deriving from the principle that challenges the national centralist profile context, which does not offer a completely clear overview with regard to the implications of a federal state model, like the Mexican, to the detriment of local constitutionalism.
