| Miêu tả: | Based upon a review of two hundred years of history of constitutional property law, significant structural changes can be noted. From its jus naturae and individualistic beginning, property law has evolved to admit 20th Century social constitutionalism. This field of law, which once was inherent to human beings, has yielded ground to show another facet expressed in the Weimarian Constitution: “property obliges”. After almost eight years of immobility, it seems inevitable to ponder whether its current structure demands any changes. |
