| Diğer Bilgiler: | The new internacional environment has brougth deep changes in the initial concept with wich the Thecnical Cooperation Among Developing Countries “TCDC” was born in 1979. Nowadays, this modality of cooperation has a new face characterized by six new conceptual basis wich are: the adding of all solidary efforts, the efficient use of the mass media, the TCDC as an instrument of development, concerted views and equanimity, the strenghtening of the internal capacities of the States and the harmony of the technical and economic cooperation. |
