| Description: | The Lisfranc injury, with an incidence of 0.2%, is a condition characterized by disruption between the articulation of the medial cuneiform and base of the second metatarsal. Injuries can range from mild sprains to severe fracture-dislocations. To make the diagnosis, usually we need to use x -rays or computerized tomography.
