Disgrifiad:The idea of moral equality has evolved into a postulate at a both legal and political level of what is known as “principle of equality”. That is, everyone must be treated with the same respect and consideration. However, to resolve discriminatory practices such as the specific case of women’s access to political representation positions, positive actions have been established in our laws such as the quota system by gender. This idea of different treatment among peers seems to be anti- egalitarian. We will show they are not incompatible.
