Rainfall impact on the labor markets of Costa Rica

Descripción:This paper analyses the impact of extreme precipitation events on the labor markets of Costa Rica. Evidence has showed that there is an important relationship between climatic events and productive activities, which are also impact the labor markets, but with a greater the sector of agriculture. We do not found evidence of this impact for Costa Rica, at a regional level, and we make the remark that the available data does not have the ideal level of disaggregation require to capture more specific.
