Descripción:About the construction practices in the project: In general, no construction defects were detected product of unsuitable practices. Likewise, it urges the administration to continue ensuring that the fulfillment of quality standards to ensure public investment and project development according with national standards and good engineering practices. About the opportunities for improvement in the frequency of testing: It was noticed that in some months, less tests were performed than the minimum specified by the CR- 2010 based on the amount of concrete placed in the project during that month. In order to ensure that the Project Engineering has the best information about the materials they are placing, it is recommended that the frequency of sampling is adequate and that these results can affect the payment factor of the placed product. About the opportunities for improvement in test reports: It was noted that in some laboratory test reports from MOPT the placement temperature was not indicated while in the Quality Self-Control Laboratory omits this information because of the design registered. This information is relevant to accept or reject the material, so it should always be included in the test reports, in order that the project engineering can make the best decisions concerning the quality of the materials that are being placed. About the material used in the project (concrete): The results of the compressive strength of 280 kg/cm2 concrete reported by laboratories as well as those reported by LanammeUCR meet the specification set in plans. For the placement temperature, breaches were observed in the data supplied by the laboratory of concrete and aggregates from LanammeUCR. About the material used in the project (steel): In the case of reinforcing steel used in the elements placed in the project, it meets the manufacturing specifications laid down in ASTM A706.
