Miêu tả:The aim of this paper is to identify the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices developed by family MSMEs on competitive success and innovation. A survey was directly applied to the managers/owners of a sample of 245 family business in the southern state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. A theoretical model has been proposed with hypotheses to be tested, and it has been validated with a structural equation model (SEM). The results obtained show that CSR practices developed by family MSMEs have a positive and statistically significant effect on competitive success and innovation. In terms of innovation and competitive success, CRS has a positive effect, but not a significant one.
