| الوصف: | Este artículo tiene como propósito revisar la pertinencia de la formación en el área de lengua, en los programas de formación de maestros de primaria en las universidades estatales. Dado que la formación de maestros en Costa Rica es de corte generalista, se analiza el área de lengua como parte de la propuesta curricular completa que ofrece cada institución. Finalmente, se aporta información que abre espacios para la discusión académica, acerca de aspectos que deben replantearse en la formación inicial docente, en el área de lengua. The principal objective of this article is to review the relevance of the formation in the language area, specifically in the formation programs of primary school teachers in the state universities. Since the formation of teachers in Costa Rica is of generalist approach, the area of language as a part of the complete curricular proposal is analyzed in the offer of each institution. Finally, it contributes with information that opens spaces for the academic discussion about aspects that must be reframed in the language area of educational initial formation. |
