Descripción:Introduction: The article presents an analysis of the exhibition “Of Anxia and Modesty: Variations on a Certain Construction of Desire” (2023) by Chilean artists Raúl Miranda, Mique Marchant, and Ignacio Henríquez. Objective: The analysis aims to show that technological mediations, specifically those that imply the transformations of the web 3.0, affect directly the configuration of queer sexuality, aspect that has a direct artistic correlate in the exhibition. Methods: To this end, the text employs a qualitative methodology with an interpretive approach, developing a contextual and formal description of the works and then doing a three-axis analysis: corporality, performativities of affection and sexuality, and authenticity. Conclusion: Finally, it is proposed that more than suggesting a “subversion” of the codifications of desire, the artistic expression here generates a critical and sensitive awareness of the use of technologies and their impact on affections and pleasure.
