Descripción:This article aims to provide an educational management proposal for self-evaluation intervention, which emerged from the final research project titled "Analysis of the administrative management of the inclusion processes of students with disabilities in secondary public schools of Circuit 03 of the Regional Directorate of Education of Cartago" (Navarro, 2022). It is structured into an introduction, theoretical and conceptual foundation, methodology, a recapitulation of the self-evaluative proposal, as well as conclusions and findings. The study was conducted using a qualitative research approach, with the semi-structured interview technique as the chosen method. The information subjects consisted of a principal, supervisor, national advisor for Special Education, regional director, and teachers, selected based on specific sample criteria. Based on this, the proposal for a self-evaluative intervention of the inclusion processes for students with disabilities in regular educational settings is presented. This proposal serves as a tool to ensure the development of inclusive strategies that promote corresponding administrative processes under the principles of equality, equity, and educational quality.
