Descripción: | Legal possession and agrarian possession have their own characteristics with regard to the destination of the property, but they are different with respect to their protection under injunctions. The various theories on the foundations of possessory protection do not suffice to provide each of them with a different kind of protection. Therefore, the thesis to be analyzed here is that possessory injunctions can be deleted from the Agrarian Jurisdiction Law without undermining such protection. |
