Descripción:This research aims to present the dispositions and strategies of the students for the construction of the university student's job in the Licenciatura's1  Degree in Psychopedagogy at the Universidad Provincial de Córdoba (UPC). For this purpose, the author carried out qualitative research where a corpus of 5 focus groups, 3 semi-structured interviews, and 5 in-depth interviews was analyzed. Regarding the sample, it was formed of learners, educators, and management teams from the Faculty of Education and Health of the UPC. For their part, the results demonstrate that during the degree process, the students managed to enrich their dispositions and reconstruct, in a significant way, how they are related to the objects of knowledge from the internalization of the novel experiences during their studies. Furthermore, the third year of the degree stood out as the key moment for most of the population, as it is when student practices change. The internalization of new modes and rules, as well as the significant reconstruction of schemes made possible the building of the university's student job. Regarding the recommendations, the researcher suggests that university institutions take actions to improve the profession of the university student, such as contributing from curricular spaces to the process of academic literacy and the development of cognitive and metacognitive strategies, as well as social skills, necessary to complete college.
