Descripción:The extraordinary potential of the human being,manifested in the outstanding talent in the skills and abilities of some students, denoted inyour personality and you get excellent academic performance, and their active participation in the educational process is projected himself in his interestscientific and technological advances, in the valuable intellectual production, which translates into theories, research or literary works in spiritual wealth is expressed in relation to the family and society inartistic creation, which is expressed in painting, sculpture, music and poetry.In the context of the factors involved in the academic excellence of students first averagesadmission of the UCR, the article discusses theconceptions and ways of thinking of authorstheories underpinning the development of talent in theTeen: Freeman (1992), Benito (1990), Maker(1995), Renzulli (1981): "The theory of the three rings" andMonks and W. van Boxtel (1992): "Model of Triadicgiftedness ".It also raises, educational needs and characteristics of gifted adolescent development in the num-cleo family and social frameworks in which statesdynamic interaction with significant others to develop their cognitive abilities.
