The analysis was divided into three segments: Indigenous Community of Ujarrás, Aspects of the Education Center and Educational Center-Community Relationship. Based on these segments, the results show the need of a transformation in the administrative management of the educational center, which considers the worldview and culture of the indigenous population, the promotion of the ancestral culture of the community, the strengthening of a strategic leadership by the director of the educational center, as well as the strengthening of interpersonal relationships.
