Descripción:This essay presents perceptions obtained from the student body of the Bachelor of Education Administration career at the University of Costa Rica, in the course of Research in the administration of Education I, focused on the skills that empower them for their future professional practice. Therefore, it aims to present the competences developed by the problem-based learning strategy for educational management. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the competencies of educational management in relation to the learning outcomes postulated by the National Qualifications Framework for education careers in Costa Rica. It is concluded that the university is called to contribute to the development of skills so that students are able to demonstrate knowledge, skills and attitudes, from knowledge, know-how and know how to be professional.
