Descripción:At present, the English language is recognized as global and international, as it is the preferred language of communication among most countries, but this at an educational level involves different lights and shadows (Esparza & Belmon-te, 2020). This study is within the processes of elaboration of instruments, that is, part of a methodological proposal immersed in educational measurement. The methodological guideline followed during the questionnaire construction process favors greater precision in constructing the construct (Hennerson et al., 1978). On the one hand, the manifestations related to bilingualism are listed, and on the other, it uses the opinion of experts to check the adequacy of the related characteristics, with respect to the new construct to be measured. The results of the inter-judge validation allow us to conclude that the validity and reliability of the research instrument "The era of bilingual education" is adequate and relevant.
