Opis:The era of information sharing is here to stay. The digital universe continues to expand, not only with a growing number of websites, but also with numerous data sources, social media platforms, and conversations that are driving this new era. All of this presents a major challenge for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which must stay at the forefront of trends and increase their sales. In this study, we will analyze in detail the effects that social media has on such business organizations.
