Descripción:This systematization is the product of the experience generated during six years due to implementing a methodological strategy in the Personnel Recruitment and Selection course. The objective is to develop technical skills in the recruitment and selection process of the personnel approached in the AGRH career. The implementation of what to do in the recruitment and selection process begins with creating a resume, how the technical tests developed by the course participants are organized and applied, after that, the work done on a planning-oriented closing project and execution of a fair job, which has been carried out on four occasions. It is worth mentioning that it is the only job fair 100% run by students in the case of Costa Rica and that it has become part of their cover letter when acquiring a job
