Opis:The objective was to identify how organizational culture impacts the classroom climate of the assertive-democratic professor. A review of various texts was conducted through documentary analysis. Organizational culture provides an identity to all members of higher education institutions seeking to address the constant changes in society and the demands of today's youth, where every professional must possess skills and attitudes that help them perform in a competitive work environment. The conclusions identify the importance of recognizing organizational culture, the school's philosophy, and the teaching style that teachers apply in the classroom to generate a certain climate that allows for an orderly and motivating workflow, without neglecting psychosocial elements that will influence teacher and student performance. To face the challenges of educational modernization and globalization, it is proposed that a private institution must respect and adapt its culture, values, and structure, without losing sight of its objectives, since these will continue to be the working guideline for each member of the community to carry out their activities. Having an appropriate organizational climate aligned with an educational institution's philosophy will create an organized environment for staff and students. Psychosocial elements will have an impact in the classroom and improve educational management, impacting on the behavior of the institution's staff and, in turn, affecting student performance, as students replicate what they learn in the classroom.
