| Descripció: | Abstract: This document is part of a larger investigation whose objective is to know the characteristics of the professional profile of the graduate of the Administration and Management of Human Resources career at the National Technical University, with the intention of making visible that the aforementioned career is an education option. superior for women according to the academic offer of the University and preferably for students from the province of Alajuela and its cantons. The results of this study are obtained from a population of 85 graduates of the AGRH degree in the period 2012-2019. |
