Descrizione:Public Administration as a technical and political basis upon which democratic governments are supported, maintains a series of characteristics that have been object of analysis by all those interested in the improvement of the State. The current New Public Management emerges both theoretically and technically upon the interest of helping in this transformation, for which it does consider the model of work and procedures used in private administration. There are, however, legions of professionals who have become increasingly interested in debating about the true genesis of such a current and its real meaning, range of application and desired or probable effects, all of which constitutes a reason why the debate continues in a way that encourages international organizations to even promote an atmosphere for their implementation in the Latin American countries.
