| Descripción: | A technical report on the application of activities and techniques of information architecture (AI) and UX user experience is presented based on the good practices obtained in the software development process of the University of Computer Science. For this, the most cited definitions of AI and their evolution towards the UX term were identified as a starting point to analyze the close relationship between these two concepts during software development. The work allows to recognize the protagonist role of the user in the result of their interaction with the product and the supplier or developer. It describes activities and techniques to obtain information and requirements in the stages of software development, which support good information architecture, focused on the user experience. |
