Description:This article addresses possible school management strategies for the correct implementation of a tecnology innovation program at the Innovation High Schools of the Costa Rican Ministry of Public Education. It specifically analyzes how technolgy can strengthen and improve the quality of education through strategic planning as well as faculty workshops and training programs. The research was carried out in 2014 at Santa Teresita Innovation High School (Liceo de innovación educativa Santa Teresita) pertaining to Circuit 4 of the Turrialba Regional Education Office of the Costa Rican Ministry of Public Education. The methodology was based on quantitative research that involved data collection through a questionnaire answered by the high school principal and faculty. The questionnaire was treated like a survey with statistical and mathematical results that were subsequently analyzed.
