Description:Introduction: The objective was to analyze the changes in contraceptive use among women aged 15 to 49 in the regions of Argentina during the periods 2011-2012 and 2019-2020, with particular attention to the group of women aged 15 to 19, and to differentiate the female population by socioeconomic strata. Conclusions: It is hypothesized that the increase in contraceptive use is related to the sexual and reproductive health policies implemented in the 21st century, such
