| Descripción: | This article summarizes our work of graduation entitled “Diagnosis of the state of situational communication processes internally generated by the Human Resources Department Amanco Costa Rica during the second half of 2006 and first half of 2007”in order to get the degree of Master in Communication with emphasis in marketing. This paper seeks to demonstrate how internal communication within an organization can generate a commitment to work with the employees of the company, help them to take coherent decisions, consolidate policy and the identity of the organization, integrate personnel, define labor roles, meet the needs of internal customers and motivate them, improve the quality of life for employees, create a good working synergy working, decentralize functions, maximize the utilization of opportunities, reduce conflict, improve communication between departments, improve the adaptation to changes, generate a sense of ownership and increase productivity of processes and of human resources. To make the diagnosis, we created a series of variables which were validated through the mapping and diagrams of the communication processes of the company, and ran a structured observation period during which we collected a lot of information through review of documents, meetings, interviews and analysis of social and work coexistence and macro processes. Similarly, in-depth interviews were structured to key people who were designated by the mapping based upon their leadership and their working positions; a survey was also taken. |
