Descripción:In this quantitative correlational study, we sought to analyze the impact of the transformational leadership style on the organizational climate, to find out how this type of leadership is valued by employees according to their length of service. The sample consisted of n = 315 people, with a minimum length of service of 3 months, from 26 work areas. A reliable and validated instrument was used to collect data. The results showed a positive and significant evaluation between transformational leadership and the organizational climate (p = 0.001; R = 0.686***), which indicates that both variables tend to increase together. That is, out of every 10 actions identified as transformational, 7 or 8 were associated with a favorable organizational climate. In addition, a notable difference was observed in the rigidity with which the organizational climate is evaluated between personnel with more seniority and those with less time working in the company. In conclusion, these differences suggest that the perception of transformational leadership and its impact on the organizational climate may be influenced by the accumulated experience within the company.
