| Descripció: | Grown larvae of Cuterebra baeri Shannon & Greene, 1926, are reported Costa Rica They were found in the neck of an adult female Alouatta palliata palliata (Gray) Goodwin, shot in Tilarán, Province of Guanacaste, in the northem part of the country, which extends the known range of this interesting bot fly. Ilustrations are given of the cephalo-pharyngeal skeleton and of details. of the cuticular structures of the larva. |
