Descripción:The current climate crisis presents us with an urgency to work in an integrated and interdisciplinary manner in concrete actions to prevent, adapt and mitigate climate change, which permeate the environmental, political, community and well-being dimensions. The Digital Humanities applied to conservation, proposes a work space where the use of technology in Costa Rica helps the management of conservation projects, however this link is not recognized in current literature. This work seeks to present the potential that Digital Humanities have in contributing to conservation strategies in Costa Rica to address the environmental crisis. Through documentary analysis and examples of current projects, the strengths that the country has in technological development in order to solve environmental problems are evident.
