Descripción:From the Administration and Human Resources Management career and for the Administrative Analysis and Job Classification courses, based on the pedagogical strategy of authentic task-based learning, students are presented with "Challenge 1", where four products are located of learning in the work of today's human resources professional. For this, the theoretical knowledge of the courses converges, the exchange of technical and soft skills of the student body is promoted, the collaborative work of the learning communities is strengthened from the planning and organization of various resources, they assume an active and participative role where you appropriate your learning. From the academy, the purpose of bringing the student closer to the demands of a human resources department in response to needs, challenges, and demands in a current environment is achieved.
