Descripción:This article discusses the Masterpiece Cakeshop LTD. vs. Colorado Civil Rights Commission statement, dictated by the Supreme Court of the United States, on June 4, 2018. The sentence under analysis is about a discussion in constitutional law, in which a weighting of fundamental rights established in the Constitution of the United States. Specifically, the discussion originated in the jurisdictional opinion on the activity of the consumer and the free market of individuals against the freedoms of conscience, expression and practice of personal faith of those who participate in the same commercial activity, linked to sexual diversity.
