Descripción: | this essay presents a reflection on the increasingly frequent use of urban space as a mechanism to strengthen and perpetuate neoliberalism in the individual's worldview. Dr. Franz Hinkelammert is referred to as the main theoretical reference of critical thinking who, in an acute way, has unraveled and exposed to neoliberal doctrine, when studying its multiple manifestations. From this doctrine, it highlights the main aspects that settle the Costa Rican territorial planning, its authors and corresponding goals and practices are identified. Finally, the need to incorporate architecture into the humanistic vision is elucidated, as an emancipatory discipline that contributes to the recovery of the human being subjugated by the market, liberal deity of the present century. |
