Descripción: | This qualitative study focusses on the association between the individual and group cognitiveprocessing of films and the formation of social identity related to the nation category.The results show the presence of in-group favoritism after the viewing of the films, in bothcontext of processing, however, in the group processing was clearer the favoritism. Therewere differences between the two types of processing in relation to the prevalence of contentcategorization and the assigned valence to that categorization. |
