Educational Management Analysis of Open Classroom Program in the circuit 06 of Central Regional Education Bureau in San José, Costa Rica

Descripción:This study analyzes Aula Abierta (Open Classroom or One-room Schoolhouse) program management within the Costa Rican educational system, specifically in the circuit 06 in Dirección Regional de San José (San José Regional Education Bureau).This research was conducted based on coordination links between program implementation and competent authorities. Also the study was implemented in marginal and urban educational institutions including among its objectives a proposed management model for the Aula Abierta (Open Classroom or One-room Schoolhouse) program. The national and international education policies are defined for interpreting the topic, XXI Century Education, education management, model management, evaluation and control of educational programs, project education for all international conventions and in Aula Abierta (Open Classroom or One-room Schoolhouse) program Costa Rican context. The main conclusions of the study are: the administration's commitment to education in the process in culture and the society. Thus, the study externalizes concern of both teachers and principals about the lack of monitoring to this population by raising an intervention proposal directed towards a dual education system, which takes into account two dimensions, one academic and other profession-oriented work.
