Descripción:This essay is based on the premise that interpersonal relationships are anessential element of the workplace, as the way employees connect withone another significantly influences organizational dynamics. Through areflective approach, it examines how positive interactions among membersof an organization not only foster a healthy work environment butalso directly impact productivity, motivation, and employee commitmentto their work. The manuscript argues that high-quality interpersonal relationshipsare a strategic resource that contributes to emotional well-beingand quality of work life, generating both individual and organizationalbenefits. Moreover, it posits that fostering healthy relationships in theworkplace strengthens organizational culture and facilitates the achievementof shared goals. In conclusion, the essay contends that, due to theinherently social nature of human beings, interpersonal relationships in the workplace are not only inevitable but also fundamental to achievingefficient management.
