Description:The concept of pedagogy, the subject of pedagogy and pedagogy as a science, discipline, knowledge, and reflection have been studied by many authors in all continents. This approach includes the traditions of Germany, France, The United States, and Latin America. The conceptions of pedagogy that have been established throughout the history of education differ in the various regions and countries. That is why a thorough, detailed, and profound analysis of the notion of the epistemic configuration of pedagogy requires taking into account not only its own epistemic dimension but also its geographical dimension. In this article, the authors reflects on teaching as the process to teach and assess learning. It is assumed that teaching means allowing learning. From this point of view, a teacher must excite, seduce, welcome, and inspire. This article ends with a maxim: tell me how you evaluate, and I will tell you how to teach.
