| Omschrijving: | Tras presentar la base de datos bibliográfica BITRA (Bibliografía de Interpretación y Traducción), que cuenta con más de 40.000 referencias (2009) y que opera como instrumento medidor del impacto de las publicaciones, se ofrece un repaso descriptivo y crítico de la investigación en traducción, con especial incidencia en los autores y líneas teóricas más influyentes en la actualidad. First, I introduce BITRA (Bibliography of Interpreting and Translation), which already (August 2009) comprises over 40,000 records and is operating as a tool for citation measurement. Then, I provide a descriptive and critical overview of research in translation and interpreting, with special reference to the most influential current authors and theoretical lines of thought. |
