Descripción:Introduction: Sport promotion campaigns often reproduce gender and body stereotypes that limit inclusive participation. Objective: To analyze the representation of body image and stereotypes in the posters of the Municipal Sports Schools of Extremadura (Spain) for the 2024-2025 season. Methods: A content analysis was used on 23 posters, applying a category system that included gender, age, somatotype, sport level and diversity. Qualitative and quantitative techniques were used, with observer triangulation. Results: 34.8% of the posters presented gender stereotypes. Predominance of ectomorphic bodies (43.5%), scarce youth representation (4.3%) and absence of people with disabilities were observed. Conclusions: Municipal sports billboards reflect patterns of body and gender exclusion. It is recommended to promote more inclusive and diverse designs that contribute to equal opportunities in sports participation.
