Diğer Bilgiler:The pragmatic strategies used in “Telenoticias. Presidential Debate, Friday, February 4, 2022” are analyzed using the classification of Blas Arroyo. The objective is to extract, classify and determine the intention of the pragmatic strategies used in this political debate. To this end, a sociolinguistic methodology is applied, along with terms related to pragmatics. The conclusions show that the candidates, for the most part, prefer to use these strategies to benefit from discrediting the public image of their opponents.
