| Kuvaus: | This paper aims to present a general characterization analysis on the current national economic development scheme in Costa Rica, in its relationship with the centrality of education for work adopted by the Costa Rican educational project for about three decades. The assay is based primarily on a review of policy documents and reports published by the Government of Costa Rica and the State of the Nation Program.
