Descripción: | The purpose of this essay is to provide a guideline for business plans towards e-commerce environment, since the way to set up businesses is changing due to globalization and Internet. Such plans remain traditional but changes in consumer behavior and business operations require adaptation. Businesses are opening virtual spaces because of e-commerce advantages, free from time and space constraints, while reducing operation costs. In view of these changes, planning must be oriented towards the creation of virtual businesses within the context of e-commerce. |
