| Kuvaus: | This investigation with the GIS allowed it to generate a spatial model of days with rain in Costa Rica. An important correlation was determined between days with rain and the average of rain for the year. This model is important for the risk analysis and the building planning process, management of the water resources, agricultural practices, and other applications. As a main achievement, values for that model were assigned to the areas without information in the country. |
